All meals are prepared fresh on the day of delivery or collection. I use seasonal ingredients and gentle cooking methods that help the food stay fresh and full of flavour throughout the week.

Most meals stay fresh for three to four days when stored correctly. You will receive clear guidance for storage and reheating when your meals arrive.

The weekly menus are curated for balance variety and simplicity. Some products include customisation options. If you have preferences or dietary requirements, please share them during your consultation or at checkout.

Yes. I can support gluten free, dairy free and plant based needs. If you have allergies or more specific requests, let me know so I can advise you on the best package.
