Most menu consultants focus on food cost and operational efficiency. My work goes deeper — combining nutrition science, guest experience design and brand identity to create food that genuinely supports how people feel. Every concept is rooted in real wellness, not just aesthetics.

Can wellness consulting be done remotely?

Yes. Menu creation, concept development, food strategy and brand consulting can all be delivered remotely. For hands-on execution — cooking, styling or retreat catering — I work on-site in Marbella, and beyond.
