What’s included when you cater a retreat and how is it different from typical catering?

I handle everything food-related — menu design, shopping, preparation, cooking and kitchen clean-up. You focus on running your retreat; I take care of nourishing your guests from breakfast through to dinner.

Moreover, I work as both a chef and wellness consultant, meaning food is woven into the retreat’s purpose — not treated as a separate service. Guests consistently say the meals become one of the most memorable parts of the experience.

Can you design menus around specific wellness themes or health protocols?

Yes. I specialise in nutrition-led menus aligned with specific retreat themes and health protocols, including anti-inflammatory, gut-supportive, hormone-balancing, plant-based, low-histamine, detox-focused, and energy-supportive approaches. Each menu is adapted to the group, the duration of the retreat, and the intensity of the practices.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your retreat date, especially for international travel. Popular dates fill quickly — a discovery call is the best first step to check availability.

Where are you based and do you travel for retreats?

I’m based in Marbella and available across Spain and internationally. I’m experienced in adapting to different kitchens, locations and local ingredient availability — whether your retreat is in Ibiza, Portugal, Tuscany or beyond.
